License Grant
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wicked Keys member licensed resources for your own personal use and for teaching your students.
Permitted Use
- You may use Wicked Keys member licensed resources in your studio or private teaching sessions.
- You may provide printed copies of Wicked Keys member licensed resources to your students only for the duration of your active membership.
- You may display or reference Wicked Keys member licensed resources in lessons, workshops, or classes conducted by you.
Prohibited Use
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share Wicked Keys member licensed resources outside of your students.
- You may not post Wicked Keys member licensed resources online, in any public forums, or on social media.
- You may not claim the content as your own or alter it for resale purposes.
Membership Duration
- Your license is valid only while your membership is active.
- Once your membership expires, you must stop distributing Wicked Keys member licensed resources to students and must delete/destroy any personal copies.
Intellectual Property
- The resources and all content remain the intellectual property of Wicked Keys
- The license grants you limited usage rights, not ownership of the Wicked Keys member licensed resources
Enforcement & Reporting
- Unauthorised use or distribution should be reported to fraud@wickedkeys.com.au
- Violation of these terms may result in termination of your membership and legal action.
