Membership & Billing Policy

Wicked Keys™ provides digital products, sheet music, courses and educational resources through paid memberships. Access to membership content is available only while your membership remains active.

Membership Options

Wicked Keys memberships are available on either a monthly or annual billing cycle.

Your membership begins when you subscribe or, where a free trial is offered, when your free trial begins.

Memberships provide digital access only. No physical products are supplied.

Automatic Renewal

Wicked Keys memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Monthly memberships are billed automatically each month.

Annual memberships are billed automatically each year.

The applicable membership price and billing frequency will be displayed before you subscribe.

By starting a paid membership, you authorise us to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal until your membership is cancelled.

7-Day Free Trials

Where offered, eligible Wicked Keys memberships may begin with a 7-day free trial.

A valid payment method is required when starting a free trial.

Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable membership fee.

Your membership will then continue to renew automatically according to your selected monthly or annual billing cycle until cancelled.

You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your Wicked Keys membership at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not immediately terminate your current membership.

If you cancel a paid membership, you will continue to have access to the Wicked Keys content included with your membership until the end of your current paid billing period. Your membership will not renew after that date.

Access After Cancellation

When your current membership period expires, access to membership-only Wicked Keys products, sheet music, courses and educational resources will end.

Cancelling your membership does not provide ongoing access to resources that were available as part of your membership, except where Wicked Keys expressly states otherwise.

Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable for change of mind, accidental subscription, failure to use your membership, or cancellation partway through a billing period.

Cancelling a membership prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to Membership Pricing

We may change membership prices from time to time.

Where a price change affects an existing membership, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price applies to a future renewal.
